Online Forum Installation and Modification

Over the past few years, online forums have grown in both popularity and technical standards. Early forums were relatively crude affairs that did not allow for easy customisation or technical modification.

Now, there are online forums covering every subject imaginable with many relating to living in and buying property in Turkey. They allow users from all over the world to connect with each other and discuss common topics. We currently administer, on a professional basis, several of these forums and are responsible for both the day to day maintenance and installation of new features and modifications.

We currently recommend two forum packages, both open source (i.e. the actual software is free). One, phpBB will run on almost any server and the other, Snitz, generally requires a Microsoft Windows™ server.
